Provided technology and business process leadership to analyze

Oracle 11i Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation

Consolidated and migrated multiple Applications like Property
appraisal, Tax Collection, GIS Street and Address Management, Citizen
Call Center, Maintenance Management, Inventory Management System
etc using Oracle Financials, Manufacturing and CRM Modules. Designed
and Developed an comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management
solution for the County. Assisted as technical leader for Oracle 11i EAM
project in several major customizations using OA Framework.

County Government 311 Project: Oracle CRM implemntation

Exceptional contribution to the County Government's 311 project that
provided an easy Citizen interface to the government using Oracle 11i
eBusiness technology framework. Implementation of Oracle CRM to
support 311-County information system (call centers) that enhance
constituent service and improve government efficiency. With 311,
citizens benefit from one easy-to-remember point of contact for
government information and services, while government agencies
minimize non-emergency calls to 911, leverage visibility into cross-
departmental data, enhance service delivery and reduce administrative
costs.

AIX Infrastructure Design and Implementation

Analyzed the current AIX systems for performance and Capacity
Utilization at systems level including database utilizations, performed
detailed analysis of County AIX Applications Infrastructure in terms of
usage and response times, analyzed current AIX applications and
infrastructure design, and captured immediate and future requirements
for AIX systems. Also provided comprehensive report that includes
identification of inadequacies solutions for design and implementation
of an AIX environment that meets industry standards. Also assisted in
Architecture Planning, Design, Consolidation and support.

Street & Address Management System (SAMS2)

Extensive contribution to county's financials system (FMIS) and SAMS2,
an Oracle e-Business based solution for Street and Address
Maintenance system. SAMS2 is the e-biz replacement for the real
estate tracking module ‘OASIS’ of the County. SAMS2 uses Oracle
Installed Base to track the real estate parcels (land plots) and Oracle
Billing for collecting the tax revenues. SAMS2 uses TCA interfaces to
build a customer repository and customer data quality management
(DQM) techniques to validate the customer data. Custom screens were
developed using OA framework and JSP to track the sales and new
owners.

Oracle Federal Financials Functional implementation, Reports and
Discover customization for various divisions of CDC including SNS.

Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services

Project Description: Supported the implementation of Oracle Federal
Financials (UFMS) implementation and provided extensive senior Apps
DBA support for the HIGLAS Project.

Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation (PBGC)

Several sub tasks as a part of a 25 person team to help in the
implementation of Oracle Federal Financials, AR, TCA & CRM, and
Service Requests modules.

implementation for Sun Microsystems consisted of over 40,000
employees and incorporated over 40 countries. Assisted Hewitt to
integrate this Oracle HCM implementation into a Global HR Business
Process Outsourcing initiative for their company.
