November 2007: Neeraj Chawla, Vice President, Federal & Public Sector Solutions Practice has been
elected as Board Member, Oracle Applications User Group, Public Sector SIG. The Oracle Applications Users
Group (OAUG) is a global organization that enhances the capabilities of real Oracle users in their day-to-
day use and management of the growing family of Oracle Applications. Formed in 1990, the OAUG is one
of the software industry’s most successful user groups and speaks with one voice for the family of Oracle
Applications users.

November 2007: President and CEO, Reenaa Chawla has been named as "Woman of the Year" in the
National Association of Professional and Executive Women, registry for "Women of Excellence". It
recognizes her commitment to professional leadership and outstanding service. NAPEW has over 70,000
members nationwide.

Sept 2007: Proflinx Certified by the State of NJ as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) eligible to bid and
participate in Statewide Small Business Set-Aside Contracts for Information Technology Services.

June 2007: Proflinx Certified by the State of NJ as a Minority Woman Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE).

Jan 2007: Proflinx inagurates state-of-the-art technology center in Northern NJ. Proflinx Technology
center is the Product Lab of Proflinx and is involved in the design and development of world-class
software products using Oracle Applications eBusiness Suite and Oracle Fusion Middleware.

May 2006: Proflinx received an 87% Overall Performance Rating from our customers surveyed by Dun &
Bradstreet's Openratings including 90% on Meeting Cost Expectations and 92% on Ease of Doing
Business.
